Configuration slicing change log is not up to date

      The Change log at: https://plugins.jenkins.io/configurationslicing
       is not up to date:
      {{ Changelog}}

      Version 1.41 - May 31, 2015

      The latest release is 1.47 per: https://github.com/jenkinsci/configurationslicing-plugin/releases

      But there is also no notes in the README.md or other release info within github. You knows what's new?

          If a pull request is submitted which configures the plugin with release-drafter, that will make it easier to maintain the changelog for future releases and provides a location where current releases could be documented in the same way.

          Hey, added release notes to github, so there is a place to update stuff now, still need to update the actual content.
