There will be good to prepare support for operation "check deployment".

Operation should get ear/ejb name and check via jmx if status is STARTED.
Operation should accept a list of applications as well as single application name.

Operation should check if server finished start up procedure. If not waits for finish.

Step will fail if:

• there is any problem with connection
• any of provided applications is unknown by deployer
• any of the applications is in state other then STARTED
