Naginator link formatting

    Description

      The Naginator plugin's upstream build links are currently improperly formatted in the URL. The correct link should not have a separator-formatted build ID value (i.e. 2000 and not 2,000).

      I believe the fix should be the same as https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-3201 through the use of .getString().

            This duplicates JENKINS-50751 and I'll fix the problem in that ticket.
