The Jabber plugin works fine once the appropriate notification checkbox is
enabled and the destination addresses inputted, but stops functioning for a
project once it's modified in any way.

To reproduce: Create a new project or modify an existing one that does not
currently have Jabber notification enabled. Enable Jabber notification and
build the project. It should work fine. Now go back into the project
configuration screen and change something (anything, I believe, will work--it
doesn't have to be the Jabber settings), and Save. Now build the project again;
no Jabber notification will be received, and, if you check the Console output,
you won't even see a message saying it tried to do the notification.
