Currently CWP supports pom.xml only as a plugin list input. It would be great if we could also pass Jenkins core from pom.xml so that it would be possible to setup automatic upgrades by dependabot .

Acceptance criteria:

• CWP supports reading Jenkins WAR version from the Dependency and, ideally, Dependency Management sections
• CWP supports reading Jenkins WAR version from the "jenkins.version" property
