This issue tracks the work in correcting/enhancing the plugin's web UI text:

• The term GKE “Publisher” is a bit foreign for me, deployer or applier would feel more Kubernetes native
• The post build action should be called “Publish to Kubernetes Engine” instead of just “Kubernetes Engine”
• Need help strings on text boxes, not sure if manifest list accept globs or comma separated
