When creating a snapshot view, a list of every existing view is shown

      When creating a Clearcase view, all views within the current region are shown (seems like debug output is enabled somehow).
      In previous versions this wasn't happening.

      Either way, I think it's a best practice to check if the view exists by having something like "$CLEARTOOL lsview $CLEARCASE_VIEWNAME" an analyzing the output, instead of listing all views within a region, which can take alot of time you have hundreds of views.
