Updating to 2.150.2 breaks openid plugin

    Description

      I updated to 2.150.2 from 2.150.1 and the openid plugin no longer works.

      Jenkins hangs at startup with nothing in the logs.  Had to roll back to 2.150.1 and it

      started working again.
