I think load rules should be named "Load Rules / VOB used" or something similar.

In help text for this field, there should be a mention explaining if we are supposed to enter "load /vob1" or only "/vob1" since the clearcase plugin will append the word "load" to everyline found here.
Since this field is used both for dynamic and snapshot views, the field so accept either options (with and without the "load" word). Haven't confirmed if this is the case.
