Create micro-benchmark tests for RoleStrategy performance (or for Jenkins)

      Currently there is no performance tests in the Role Strategy plugin. It would be great to have a set of tests, especially for Role Maps: https://github.com/jenkinsci/role-strategy-plugin/blob/role-strategy-2.9.0/src/main/java/com/michelin/cio/hudson/plugins/rolestrategy/RoleMap.java
