JIRA Plugin does not respect proxy in some requests

      Jira plugin seems not to respect proxy settings (both JVM and Jenkins Plugins) on some requests, namely getVersions (endpoint <JIRA>/rest/api/2/project/LAPSIS/versions).

          Can you check the current version of plugin (3.0.7) and make sure you define the proxy in Manage Jenkins > Manage Plugins > Advanced ?
