Plugin still uses old style SSHLauncher constructor which is deprecated for long time.

Currently there is a higher urgency because this constructor will be removed soon (as it reports itself) so we should start using the newer one and also start support for "Host Key Verification Strategy" in SSH Slaves plugin which was intruduced several years ago.
