Publish jenkinsfile-runner docker images to docker hub

      There are several images published but none official. A docker auto build could be enough

          csanchez which is your use case for this? I don't think it makes much sense as per the current use cases that were taken into account. The idea for that Dockerfile is allow custom configurations through the plugins.txt file and an specific Jenkins version, so I don't think it makes much sense to publish a specific Docker image with a closed set of plugins.

          we can publish one with the minimal set of plugins, people can extend and add plugins.
          Right now everybody needs to build their own image from scratch even if they just want 1 more plugin
