If some testcase is on the top 10 most broken tests, and that testcase is the only one in one testsuite(in other words, the number of testcase is one in one testsuite),

the name of testsuite and testcase are both on the top 10 most broken tests.

All testsuites that have over 2 testcases are always not included on top 10 most broken tests. But the testsuites that has only 1 testcase can be included on the list.

I think the name of testsuite shouldn't be included on the list at any case.
