        Plugins that I am using is the flexible publish, conditional action, and parameterized trigger

        so basically, setup a job with parameterized timer trigger. then in the post build, add a flexible publish step with condition, when the current job build cause is timer trigger, trigger parameterized build on another job. 

         

        works: when use timer trigger without parameter

        doesn't work: when use timer trigger with parameter
