      To Reproduce:

      Login (With Permission to Create Freestyle Project)

      Select New - Enter item name "Yourtest"

      Select Freestyle Project

      Select OK 

      Select Configure 

      • Attached Screen Shots to show the panels and form windows do not align.

          Add Build Execute Shell Option. Also shows form window going outside of panel.
