      Description

The last upgrade of jenkins from 2.150.1 to 2.150.3 and its plugins has seen the loss of the option for a user to claim a build built using a pipeline job.

Using docker, the problem was reproduced by trying the claim plugin with a freestyle and a pipeline job running a failing shell script job as a test. The tests showed the plugin will allow build claiming with a freestyle job as expected when included as the post build action 'Allow broken build claiming'. However, a build does not get the option to be claimed with a pipeline job

This was reproduced with the jenkins versions below, all using the latest versions of the claim plugin (2.15) and the pipeline plugins (1.3.6)

2.150.1, the previous version we had running on the jenkins server.
2.150.3, what the jenkins server is running at the moment
2.164.1, the current LTS version available

The claim plugin (2.15) was working with the 1.3.4.1 version of the pipeline-model-definition plugin before the upgrade.

See attached file for the pipeline used to test the plugin.
