As noted here there is currently only one implementation of BlobStoreProvider and no immediate prospects for another. Given that, it would be better to hide the dropdown in JCloudsArtifactManagerFactory/config.jelly and inline the configuration (i.e., S3BlobStore/config.jelly) in case there is just one provider to select from, and change JCloudsArtifactManagerFactory.DescriptorImpl.displayName to be the BlobStoreProviderDescriptor.displayName (i.e., Amazon S3). This would provide a better visual parallel to the Azure plugin.

JCasC can continue to use the jclouds.s3 hierarchy, and there would be no change in XML settings form.
