Add an option to filter by Cause?

      This is more of a question than a request. Would it be possible to add an option to trigger or not trigger builds based on the indexing event? For example 

      Pull request #10 Opened
Pull request #10 Updated
Branch Indexing

      I don't see anything in the branch-api-plugin but thought I would ask anyway.

      Having this would allow people to disable the automated builds caused by periodic branch indexing, whilst still permitting PR updates. Similar to this problem https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55173365/jenkins-multibranch-disable-job-triggers-from-branch-indexing-but-still-allow
