Add a "Test Connection" button to the plugin configuration (Manage Jenkins -> Configure System) so that the administrator can get immediate feedback on various connectivity issues:

• DNS (URL cannot be resolved)
• Firewall (or other connectivity) problem
• Invalid port specification
• Invalid credentials

A "Test Connection" button is provided by other plugins such as Slack-Notification and Dependency-Track.
