I am using ioncube encoder to encrypt the php code. Now when encryption starts the build got stops working. After restarting the machine (server) it everything is working fine.

We are using ioncube on jenkins builds to encrypt the source code. In the jenkins builds we are getting the code files from SVN.
Now the problem is build is getting stopped whille encryption tooks place. After restarting the system the build is working fine.
Can you please help us to solve this issue..
