The "Components" field of this issue refers to the BuildResultTrigger and Build Trigger Badge plugins but I don't think those are related to the problem. sham_jenkins, please list what plugins you have installed, and post a more complete stack trace, so that this issue can be assigned to the correct component.

The GitLab and Gitee plugins include the "Allow all branches to trigger this job" text that is in the screen shot scnshot.png, and both of those use org.jboss.resteasy, which appears in your stack trace. Does your project use one of those plugins?
