When connecting an agent using an inbound connection mechanism (sometimes mistakenly called JNLP), a connection secret must be supplied. This is commonly provided on the command line via the "-secret" argument.

Some users want a different mechanism, which would allow them to place the secret in a file and then instruct the agent to read the file to obtain the secret. A new optional argument needs to be provided to allow the user to specify this mechanism and the file to use.
