When trying to troubleshoot a Jenkins instance, the about.md is always needed as it provides a lot of basic useful information that can be very important to finding a root cause. However there are times when you may be given a bundle without this file because the user did not check the About Jenkins box. This then requires you to have to ask for another one with the option checked.

My proposal is to have the about.md always included in a support bundle since it has very useful information that is always needed. The About Jenkins option in the UI can either be removed or made un-editable so people know it will be included.
