When creating a post build step in Jenkins to trigger a Flow Release, there is an option to select which stages to run. The bug will show the same stage multiple times if the last pipeline run included multiple stage runs.  E.g., if UAT had been run three times:

Select Stages to run:

[ ] Dev

[ ] UAT

[ ] UAT

[ ] UAT

[ ] Pre-prod

[ ] Prod
