Config File Provider plugin 3.6.1 not available

      Hi,

      The config-file-provider-plugin plugin 3.6.1 is supposed to have been delivered on June 5th, but its still not available in any mirror (here for example: http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/public/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/config-file-provider/)

      This impedes the delivery of the JENKINS-57417 fix.

      Can somebody have a look?
