Trouble contacting Salt API

      Jenkins: 2.176.1
      OS: Ubuntu 16.04.6
      Both saltstack-plugin and http-request-plugin installed and updated

      I've tried sending a message to Salt API from Jenkins UI, the first time I test connection the thing seems to work because it displays a "Success" message but if I test it again there's an error:
      Error: Exception running http request
