i have download Jenkins 2.176.1and run jenkins as a agent through cmd and type command  java -jar jenkins.war it will start so first of all this is not able to run powershell script throug powershell plugin and when i am going run .bat file through execute windows batch commad plugin then it will run some bat file succesfully my jobs status is also Success but it is not able to start my glassfish server.
