Support multiple distribution groups

      Support multiple distribution groups via the plugin.

      Acceptance criteria:

      1. Plugin front end accepts a comma separated list of distribution groups.
      2. This is passed to AppCenter via the API.
      3. Tests are included for different length of distribution groups.
