There is an ability to mark a build as failed when the delta thresholds are not passed.

Another option to mark as unstable instead will be useful as other plugins used may be dependent on the build status of the previous. E.g. warnings next generation will not use a previously failed build to use as a quality gate, but it can use an unstable build.
