Currently we are able to use the job restrictions plugin to make sure that certain nodes only run jobs that are stored in a certain folder.  Now we would also like to do this for our kubernetes pods that are defined.  We need this so we can make sure that internal billing for resources is done correctly based on jobs running on the right agents.
