Emoji support for publisher usage

      I could not figure out how to set a specific emoji (like :sob: for failing builds) when using this plugin as a publisher (not as a pipeline step).

      Ideally, one should be able to set a specific emoji for each status (e.g. :sob: for failing builds, :ok_hand: for successful builds etc.).
