Remove external-workspace-manager/run-selector tests from ATH

      Plugin tests and UI page objects are part of acceptance-test-harness where they does no longer qualify to stay (too few installations). Evaluate if the tests makes sense of moving to plugin sources and making them part of plugin build, or they will be removed from ATH.

          Yes, I'd like to save them. Please let me know what needs to be done. Or do you have any other examples of plugins who moved their ATH tests into the plugin build?

          Please have a look at https://github.com/jenkinsci/kerberos-sso-plugin/blob/master/Jenkinsfile#L11-L23, that is a plugin that has moved the tests and PO over recently. Let me know if there are any questions
