Reduce test time under 20 minutes for WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest (46 min)

      As per new contribution guidelines, "plugin tests should have whole testsuite executed in less than 20 minutes on public CI server".

      Adjust the tests so they comply.

          Ulli, can you please have a look at this? Also, I noticed the page objects seem to have diverged from actual UI so a lot of tests is failing:

          plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_expand_token
          plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_filter_results_by_severity
          plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_open_and_hide_details_row
          plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_open_source_code_view_from_issues_table
          plugins.WarningsNextGenerationPluginTest.should_resolve_packages_and_namespaces

          Yes, I will do. I already have a lot of changes in my fork from the last testing course. I will create a PR ASAP.
