After installing the Jenkins plugin file-leak-detector version 1.6, I am not able to run the plugin on my Jenkins server.

Repro Steps:
- Install the Cloudbees File Leak Detector on the Jenkins server via Jenkins > Manage Jenkins > Manage Plugins > Available > Cloudbees File Leak Detector
- Go to Jenkins > Manage Jenkins > Open File Handles
- This opens the URL https://<jenkins-url>/file-handles/
- I click "activate" on the page here with no arguments:

[JENKINS-59420] Cloudbees File Leak Detector plugin does not start

added a comment - Could we get someone to respond to this? I'm getting the same error and it is not very obvious what is required to do to get this plugin to work. I have found [this|https://file-leak-detector.kohsuke.org/], however it is not obvious if the plugin ships this with it, we are required to install it on our own, etc. More information would be appreciated.

Thanks kwickert for reporting this, as far I understand it, it's not related to the jenkins infrastructure project so I move it here in order to catch attention from the people who can help
