Support multiple API regions

      There are multiple API regions available for querying and they return different results.

      Plugin only allows calls to defaultĀ api.newrelic.com, which returns empty application list, whether a call toĀ api.eu.newrelic.com returns correct list of applications we have.

      Please, add support for different regions.
