Promoted Builds Plugin unable to trigger promotion

      We have upgraded GitHub Pull Request Builder recently and rebooted our master. 

      I have attached a screenshot of our job config.

      We are setting DEPLOY=true but the promotion is not happening.

      It used to run smoothly but started failing since morning. 

      Any help is appreciated.
