Rebuild plugin doesn't rebuild branch, but rebuilds from last commit

    • Environment:
      The configuration for the build is set-up to build any branch that has new changes. When rebuilding that build that was triggered by a branch, it will rebuild from the branch with the last changes, not the branch for those changes from that build.
