    • Jenkins version 2.204
Build Name and Description Setter 2.0.3

I was updating Jenkins from version 2.7 to version 2.204. After the update I have a notification saying Manage Old Data with unreadable data with the following message:

      ConversionException: Refusing to unmarshal log for security reasons; see https://jenkins.io/redirect/class-filter/ ---- Debugging information ---- class : java.io.PrintStream required-type : java.io.PrintStream converter-type : hudson.util.XStream2$BlacklistedTypesConverter path : /build/actions/org.jenkinsci.plugins.EnvironmentVarSetter/log line number : 60 -------------------------------

I also found out that the plugin Build Name Setter has a fix in version 1.6.8 and i updated all plugins including Build Name and Description Setter to version 2.0.3 but the issue and the notification is still present.

[JENKINS-60158] ConversionException: Refusing to unmarshal log for security reasons EnvironmentVarSetter

Problem has been already fixed by dependency upgrade but logs might be visible because you have first upgraded the Jenkins, then library

          Okay then, thank you
