Independent from any plugins.
Tested in two jenkins versions: 2.176.2 and 2.190.2:
When you move the mouse over the "rebuild-last" button in the list overview section, you'll get the message "Schedule a build for...". This is wrong, because the functionality behind that button is still the rebuild-last build (see screenshot).
