Related to JENKINS-57512, the problem comes from support-core as advisor is reusing/duplicating the same logic.
A bundle with no about.md file is useless because our probes are using a lot of informations which are in this file (the product version ...)
Maybe we could make the about component mandatory at least in Advisor if it is not in support-core
