In the console the build shows as completed successfully however the build never stops unless I cancel it by clicking the 'x' on the project page.  I have left the build running overnight to see if it would finish by the next day but it is still stuck the next day.

I am using the most recent version of jenkins and installed it on Windows 2016 server using the the Jenkins windows installer.
