The default external cloudsmith site is wrong

      I tested the new "Install automatically" and chose 3.6M6. It installs correctly but the wrong external site is used so the installation doesn't work. Instead of using:

      http://download.cloudsmith.com/buckminster/external

      it should use:

      http://download.cloudsmith.com/buckminster/external-3.6

      I tried adding a buckminster.json under HUDSON_HOME/userContent/buckminster but I couldn't make it work. Does it require a restart of the server?
