Fortify plugin in pipeline executes on master (k8s)

      When using the fortify plugin in a pipeline, it observes the node block to run on Windows agent; however, if the pipeline runs on a k8s pod with the same node block to use the Windows agent, it is ignored and it appears to try to find the Fortify scripts on the master.
