      The Gerrit Code Review plugin declares to support Jenkins v2.54+. However, that is not really true because it depends on other plugins that require at least Jenkins v2.150.1.

      Therefore, Gerrit Code Review plugin should be more transparent and clearly require v2.150.1 as well, so that it can be loaded and used consistently.
