Add lastBuild/consoleFull#footer as an option

      Description

      It would be great to have lastBuild/consoleFull#footer instead of lastBuild/console as an option for a couple of reasons:

      • Default to loading the whole log
      • Default to seeing the last lines of a stopped/errored job.
