Azure has spot VMs which allows you to take advantage of unused capacity at a reduced cost

At any point in time when Azure needs the capacity back, the Azure infrastructure will evict Spot VMs, leaving it in deallocated state.

This would be very handy for some workloads with the ability to destroy evicted VMs and then re-start the job on a new VM.
