Claim information exposed to Remote API

      For an internal project we rely on the Hudson Remote API to fetch information on the health of our builds.

      In order to support a new feature, we'd like to have the claim information exposed to the Remote API.

      I've added the required annotations to the AbstractClaimBuildAction (patch included), could this be taken up in the SVN repository?
