Job Config History badge is lost with newer versions of hudson

      Hudson 1.353, jobconfighistory plugin 1.2

      • Newer hudson core seems to recreate transient project actions.
      • With older versions we had to check for an existing jobConfigHistory action in the actions of the project, as otherwise multiple badges for the plugin would show up.
      • Now we always have to add a new instance as the old one seems to be discarded, e.g. the badge for the history plugin disappears after saving the configuration.
