We have a quite large Hudson 1.353 setup with ~110 maven2 jobs with Accurev.
On some jobs, we occasionally get the following error while building:

FATAL: Changelog failed with exit code 1
Finished: FAILURE
Without any deep digging, launchAccurev returns 1 and while no automatic rebuild seem to help, promoting some changes sometimes recovers from the failure which is somehow connected to starting Accurev – but that's really odd.
We're using the most recent version from the Accurev plugin.
I'd be really grateful for any ideas.
